Sleep deprivation is slowly being deemed as the modern ailment to watch out for. In another revelation, a recent study revealed that sleep deprivation is as damaging to your body as binge drinking.
The study published researchers from Qubec based digital health company Medisys found that sleeping less than six hours every night will increased your risk of obesity, depression, heart attacks and strokes.
Basically, there's mounting evidence that states staying up for 18 hours resulted in cognitive impairment is equivalent to being intoxicated with alcohol, stated by the researches in study.
